Graham Culture Co. Plant Biotechnology

Two paths. One standard.

Built for the way you grow.

01

Professional technique without the facility-sized overhead.

Graham Culture Co. exists to help serious home growers protect important genetics—not to put professional tissue culture out of reach. Standardized scopes, batch scheduling, and flexible project planning help keep the work accessible.

  • Private, one-on-one consultation
  • Meristem inquiries welcome—eligibility review required
  • Genetic preservation planning
  • Multi-cultivar and grouped-project discounts

Capabilities

From valuable cutting to stable culture.

01Eligibility review required

Culture initiation

Establishment of clean, actively growing in-vitro material using cultivar-specific response and careful observation.

02Eligibility review required

Multiplication + rooting

Structured propagation and rooting support built around the behavior of each cultivar.

03Eligibility review required

Meristem culture

High-skill meristem isolation for pathogen-reduction and recovery projects, paired with appropriate diagnostic testing.

04Eligibility review required

Embryo rescue

Specialized recovery work for valuable crosses or difficult seed material when conventional germination falls short.

05Available remotely

Preservation planning

A practical roadmap for protecting key genetics, organizing backups, and reducing single-point-of-failure risk.

06Available remotely

Program consulting

Lab strategy, workflow review, contamination troubleshooting, SOPs, training, and cultivar-specific R&D.

Important: Meristem work is a pathogen-reduction and recovery process—not proof of pathogen-free status. Diagnostic testing is required to verify status.

Start with a conversation

Every quote is built around the project.

Consulting and planning services have clear starting points. Plant-material projects are quoted only after the client, location, and proposed work pass a jurisdiction-specific eligibility review.

Quote after eligibility review

Have several cultivars? Combining work into one scheduled project can lower the per-cultivar price. Phased scopes may also be available. On-site travel is quoted separately.

Discuss a home project
Plant-material inquiries are welcome.

No plant-material project is scheduled and no payment is accepted until the client’s authorization, project location, service scope, and applicable legal requirements have been reviewed and confirmed in writing.

On-site travel policy

Genetics stay at the licensed location.

Graham Culture Co. does not accept, receive, or transport client genetics. Work involving plant material is performed on site at the client’s properly licensed facility or legally authorized residence, subject to final legal review and project eligibility. Travel time and expenses are quoted separately and paid by the client. Phone consultations, remote audits, SOP and document work, and other fully remote services do not carry travel charges.

A community-first approach

The starting price should begin a conversation—not end it.

If you are serious about preserving genetics but the listed starting point does not fit your budget, still reach out. We can discuss a smaller scope, phased work, scheduled batch availability, or multi-cultivar pricing where practical. Not every project can be reduced, but every responsible inquiry deserves an honest look.

Culture initiation, multiplication, meristem, and embryo-rescue services are not generally available for immediate booking. Diagnostic testing, when applicable, is quoted separately.

Straight answers

Before you inquire.

Do you work with clients outside Missouri?

Yes. Graham Culture Co. accepts inquiries nationwide. Availability depends on the laws and licensing requirements at the project location. Any permitted work involving client genetics must be performed on site at the client’s properly licensed facility or legally authorized residence, with travel paid by the client. Fully remote services are available nationwide where permitted.

Do you work with home growers?

Yes—Graham Culture Co. is being designed to serve properly authorized home growers through standardized, affordable scopes. Availability depends on the final legally permitted service structure.

Does meristem culture guarantee pathogen-free plants?

No. Meristem culture can support pathogen reduction and plant recovery, but diagnostic testing is the only way to verify status. Testing is handled and priced separately.

Can I ship or deliver plant material?

No. Under the current service model, Graham Culture Co. does not accept, receive, or transport client genetics. Any permitted work involving plant material will take place at the client’s properly licensed facility or legally authorized residence.

How are travel costs handled?

Travel time and expenses are included as a separate part of every on-site project quote and are paid by the client. This applies to both home-grower and commercial-facility work. Phone consultations, remote audits, SOP and document work, and other fully remote services do not have travel charges.

How long does tissue culture take?

Timelines are biological and cultivar-specific. Initial condition, contamination, response in culture, and the target stage all affect duration. Your quote will include practical milestones rather than an unrealistic guarantee.

Can you help a commercial facility build or improve a lab?

Yes. Commercial support can include program strategy, remote audits, on-site troubleshooting, SOP development, staff training, and cultivar-specific R&D.
